Behavioural Science Director

Jen has a varied project history working on projects from ostomy bags to ice lollies! As well as being a qualitative specialist she moonlights as our Walnut Behavioural Science expert; leading the way on how to integrate principles from behavioural economics in all of our work. She loves to really immerse herself in a consumer’s world to truly understand what lies behind the 35,000 choices we all make everyday.
