The MRS Awards really are the trademark of success in the market research industry. To be recognised with three awards including Best Breakthrough Business is truly the best birthday present that Walnut Unlimited could have asked for. - Jane Rudling, MD.

In December 2017, three MRS Company Partner agencies, Marketing Sciences, ICM and ICM Direct, joined forces to become Walnut Unlimited. We united through a shared belief in a new paradigm for the holistic insight of human understanding beyond ‘just’ data.

Last night, our hard work and diligence was rewarded on a night that coincided with our first birthday as Walnut Unlimited. Alongside 2 awards for ICM Unlimited, our specialist social research branch, Walnut Unlimited were thrilled to pick up the award for Best Breakthrough Business.

It’s not controversial, especially for those well versed in human behaviour and neuroscience, to claim that change is tricky. We see this every day in our work understanding human behaviour. To change and flourish, however, is an even bigger challenge. We knew our change should be meaningful across the business; not only for our clients, but for our people and even our respondents.

We wanted to make change count.
The result?
