We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Manager, working across a wide range of qual projects and client sectors. You will support the Qualitative research team by ensuring the smooth running and delivery of projects to a high standard, effectively and on time.

You will implement a broad range of activities to support the set-up and management of market research projects, delivering a range of services, including the coordination of fieldwork operations, managing suppliers and partner agencies, leading on the administration of recruitment activities, as well as a range of other tasks including keeping our clients up to date on recruitment.

Ideally you will be an established Project Manager, with a solid understanding of and experience of supporting online Qual Projects.

In this role you will get to:

  • Coordinate qualitative fieldwork operations across methodologies including focus groups, ethnographic studies, online communities, and workshops.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure recruitment, scheduling and updates are coordinated and executed on time and to specification.
  • Lead on the recruitment spec development, recruitment process, scheduling, and managing of respondents, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage invoicing, filing, incentive payments and stimulus preparation.
  • Help to set up complex qualitative and mixed-method projects from a logistical rather than research perspective.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers as well as partner agencies in the delivery of a project, as well as managing supplier lists.
  • Overseeing 3rd party suppliers such as venues, freelancers etc
  • Effective budget and resource management, costing of projects, including liaising with external suppliers and qual team members to get accurate costs.

Requirements

Who will you be?

  • Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar Project Management role, within a Market Research agency environment.
  • You’ll have an understanding and experience of supporting online Qual projects with knowledge of online platforms.
  • Excellent organisation skills, and a methodical approach; with the ability to juggle and tackle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritising and organising your workload to align with objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Good listening and questioning skills
  • Be a self-starter showing initiative, flexibility and commitment to a strong team ethos.
  • Able to plan and assess risks to successfully manage problems that arise and minimise their impact on project delivery.
